One of the biggest national parks in India and the oldest tiger reserve. Get the right contacts and get a stay inside the forest in one of the forest rest houses for a great experience. Safari will give you a wonderful experience but do not expect to see the big cat at all times. Spotting a tiger is purely based on luck. There are other wonderful species to look for. Plenty of other animals and birds will make it memorable.

Overall Rating

Jim Corbett national park is indeed a great park which is being maintained . The efforts that was put in by Jim Corbett is indeed exceptional. The fruits of the labour are being enjoyed by present day people. The park is located in Uttarakhand (India). The sheer beauty of the park takes you away to some other world. The species of animals and birds are vast. If you are able to get accommodation in one of the guest houses inside the park, it is indeed a great joy. Hope the park is maintained well in the future too.
